At Trionova Technologies Pvt Ltd, we specialize in software development
and technology solutions,
which are intangible products and services. Due to the nature of our business,
refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances and at
the sole discretion of Trionova Technologies.
Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and work has commenced, cancellations
will not be accepted.

If a cancellation request is made before the commencement of any
work, Trionova may review the request and approve it at its discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

Service Defect Due to Trionova:
If the delivered software or service fails to meet agreed-upon
specifications due to an error caused solely by Trionova, a partial
refund may be initiated after a thorough review.

Non-Delivery of Services: If Trionova is
unable to deliver the service as agreed upon, a partial or refund may
be processed - If the agreement is cancelled by Trionova and not by the client.

No Refunds for Work in Progress:
Once the project has commenced or deliverables have been shared,
no refunds will be entertained.

Third-Party Issues:
Refunds are not applicable for issues arising from third-party
integrations, APIs, hosting providers, or client-side errors.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
[info@trionova.in] within 7 days of project
commencement and if done at the time of delivery - Client would be soley responsible for
the development cost.

Trionova will review the request,
and if deemed valid, the refund will be processed within
16-30 business days.

Partial refunds may be considered in extreme cases at Trionova’s
discretion.
This policy ensures that Trionova Technologies retains control over the refund process
while providing fair resolutions for clients.
